Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A Awe were from the sixth -14 November 2011 in this hotel... Location and architecture of the hotel is really great... There are many possibilities outside to eat. Beach is great... The staff spoke very bad English and it was very often misunderstandings... In addition, the staff often seemed very bored, so that one had the feeling to already, if you ordered something... Also on arrival were the windows in the room were dirty and the toilet paper holder in the toilet was only temporarily and after five days still not repaired. We really expected more from this hotel five stars service and it is certainly not... We also have complained to the manager of the hotel and I hope this will now change as little...
