Because the Hotel is located right in the heart of the Prostituzion, whereby pattaya general for normal tourists is nothing, as you only a dirty coast and misery to face. Women can buy one, there are not as good as, and about 60,000 women in the life...
The hotel is good and cheap, with the breakfast one must make reductions, but for the many restaurants in the street, you get a decent breakfast for 2-5 €( 80-200 baht). The safe is not in the room, but at the reception, which I thought was very good. Compared to other hotels, you can take as a single traveller without additional charges girls in the room.
