No service, never again this hotel! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ABecause of our early arrival in Palma about 09:00 I was also zufrüh in the hotel where of course still no room was available. I should wait until 14:00 without a free drink or all inclusive-band to get. The room was totally worn, a small bathroom and ancient furniture. changing times a towel, times a towel, sometimes both, once even a shower mat!. Black mold curtain clearer. Dining room was unfriendly, darkened, stench food smell, unfriendly service and the border. Tables were rarely newly set. Pool area old and partly broken rusted metal and tables, no service, never again.
