Quiet island hotel with a good stadtanbindung *

What I really liked, was the location of the hotel on a Nile-island. The (free) boat travel there takes about ten minutes. You must also not for a long time to wait. If you are in a hurry it has, you know the navigator. He then drove immediately off. The pier located reasonably centrally located in Aswan. From there you can even walk to the city to explore. It is faster (0.50 pounds) with mini bus or taxi (<5 pounds).
Internet:
A positive feature: in the lobby of the hotel you can use the Internet free of charge. I have tried it. It works, is but very slow.
Elevator for the handicapped?
