The hotel has its better days for a long time behind itself. Shabby, filthy. Much too little staff. Impersonal. Zero Atmosphere. You had no desire, long stay on the premises. The extent tasty good food has no negative impact on the overall impression of the hotel. That is why the Council: stay away, book somewhere else
