Welcoming, friendly, airy & comfortable hotel with exceptional food & service - nothing was too much trouble.
Location
Murren is a beautiful car-free village, perfect for hiking.
Staff are incredibly friendly & professional, nothing is too much trouble.
Gastronomy
Excellent food & service - the restaurant manager & his team are fabulous.
We chose half-board & the options were great.
Sport & Entertainment
Free access to the local leisure centre, internet access & hiking suggestions.
Room
Clean, comfortable rooms with great views.
Tips and recommendations
There's no pharmacy in Murren, although there is a Dr based in the leisure centre 2 days a week who dispenses from there, so you may want to have a few basics with you. That said, the hotel staff have been fabulous in providing remedies when we've needed them!
