We were with a group of elderly people over Christmas and New Year in this hotel. The hotel itself is very tidy with the exception of the small size and even smaller bathroom. In the area of the shower has Schimmelansatz in the joints, the shower partition could be better cleaned and takes about 15 minutes to the a toilet's cistern needed he was refilled. The service provided, the helpfulness and competence of the ever-so-friendly hotel staff is especially to be highlighted. Even better service I couldn't imagine. In the restaurant (foreign leased out) is the other way around. The food was very tastily, the quality of the preparation left a lot to be desired and variation far away, whether Zwinger or Turmrestaurant. There was no, also whet on demand and not every night had to be since actually served by prior arrangement. The staff was surly, not so friendly and professionalism of the food did put it. These rooms are cool and drafty and in full occupation also very loud. Drinks could be written first not charged it to the room, after a complaint was there. As it was in the Turmrestaurant, only here the staff were less forthcoming. Conclusion: The hotel good, restaurant for groups meters. E. Not recommended.
