Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig am Bahnhof. Mit dem Bus ist man ruckzuck in der Stadtmitte oder an anderen Ausflugszielen (Schlösser, Gedenkstätte Buchenwald u. a.). Es hat eigene Parkplätze und eine Tiefgarage. Dies kostet zwar 9 Euro pro Tag, aber die Garage ist angenehm groß mit Frauen- und Behindertenparkplatz sowie direktem Zugang zum Hotelaufzug. Das Zimmer war groß, hell und sehr sauber. WLAN-anschluss, Minibar, Pay-TV und Telefon. Das Frühstück war der Hit. Warm, kalt, Müsli, Obst, Säfte, was das Herz begehrt und dies in einem tollen Wintergarten. Das Team ist sehr aufmerksam und kaum sitzt man, hat man auch bereits seinen Kaffee oder Tee.
