Lovingly restored village in the heart of the *

We stayed in the village for an overnight stay on Crete trip, since we absolutely wanted to stay in a mountain.
After initial search and help the locals, it is very well hidden, in the middle of the village/district between the typical
Old cottage, we also found Maria, the gave us the key. (German speaking)
We didn't know exactly what we expected, but we were pleasantly surprised in a lovely herausgeputzten mountain
Restored village to discover, this elegant and very tastefully decorated completely new. We would, in archanes
1 week stay can easily, so good we went there. Here you can experience a piece of original Crete away from the Northern mass tourism. It was for us a good starting point for the next morning after Knossos to start (about 20 minutes by car).
Kalimera archanes archanes and the village is highly recommended!
