Disappointment
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe have payed a room type but we recived another room witch doesn't appear on the site of the hotel. The hotel has old rooms, with old furniture, very small that are not shown on the site but are at the same price with new rooms.(double Zimmer mit Wohnteil) All the rooms are not equipped with minibar. They are not provide the cosmetic kit and slippers .The slippers are available at the reception, but you must buy them...
Breakfast - if you like a cappuccino or espresso , you must pay them. included is only ordinary coffee.
