Hotel Kamelya World Fulya

The location was very good. About 45 minutes to the airport by bus. To the beach it was about 300-400 metres and you could take nice long walks along the beach.
In September it was a bit quieter and not as many tourists were there like in June when we have also been there at times. Quiet a few shopping possibilities were available. Because of all the new hotels, new bazars have sprung up as well which were about a ten minute walk away.
Excursions could be booked with a travel agent. We distanced ourselves from the offers outside of the hotel as we made a bad experience in the past. Everyone had to decide for themselves, though.

The staff were mostly very friendly but we had to accept that most of the regular staff weren´t there anymore. A few of them we met and they were very nice and happy about us beeing there again. For clearing up at the pool bars there were mostly young staff there and if you just wanted to order something the communication was pretty bad. A shame, that so many weren´t there anymore. As said room service was ok. But it had been better in other years. There were dressing gowns and slippers there now, though which were good on the carpet floor which had got used quite a bit since the renovation. Laundry service was perfect. I had to get something washed with patches on and it came back the next day done in a super way.

Restaurants and bars were plentiful and you could use them all like in the Selin or the bungalow area. There were five speciality restaurants (fish, Turkish, Italian, Chinese, Barbeque). All of them were to be recommended but you could only book one a week and you had to be fast to do so. The food was tasty at the fish, Chinese and Italian. In the main restaurant there was something there for everyone. The range of food was very big and this time there were more local dishes. Last year the food was better, though. It was a bit too salty for my taste. Instead there were always a lot of fresh salads and tasty pizza. The atmosphere was good and the cleanness ok. A bit better last year, too.

Entertainement as mentioned had been better but it was in the off-season.
Each hotel had a fitness centre and there was something there for everyone. Internet available. Sunbeds and mats as well as fresh towels were available plentifully. The pools were clean and neat. There was also a relax-pool opposite the Selin but the umbrellas were a bit used there. Especially good and recommendable was the Spa-area in the Fulya as well as in the Selin. We booked a soft-massage with Stella in the Selin and were super satisfied. The offers there were good and everyone got an example and a recommendation.

Rooms were very good, the furniture and cupboards were ok. Bathroom wasn´t very big but adequate. The minibar was re-filled every day with beer, water, Coke and Fanta. Safe was free of charge. Air con, telephone and flatscreen TV. Big balcony. Kettle and accessories were new this year and available.

Mobile phone reception was very good. Also the telephone costs from the room were ok and not really very expensive. As we were there in June every year but in this year in September for three weeks I can only say that the weather was still super but not as hot anymore. In the evenings it got cool but not cold.
