Great hotel
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe complex is huge, very clean and it offered indeed Ultra All inclusive services: you could find at any hour food and drinks; bottles, both local and foreign drinks, were exposed to view at the bars so you can easily choose; mini-bar was re-filled everyday; towels, mattresses and lounges were free. Beach towels were changed 2 times a week. Although the complex (Kamelya World) was fully booked up when we stayed there (2000 rooms) it was never crowded: at elevators, restaurants, bars, pools or at the beach.
Location
The hotel has its own sand-beach, which is very large. The Mediterranean Sea, which they call Ac Deniz meaning White Sea, was very clean and clear. Perfect for children as you had to walk quite a lot to get to deep water.
Check-in took about 5 minutes so I'd say it was very good. The boy that helped us with our luggage explained us were we can and cannot go in the complex (each of the 3 hotels had its main restaurant and this could be used only by the guests of the hotel, but all the other facilities were common). Everybody was friendly and willing to help. Most people spoke russian and german, but we had no problem with english (I also heard a lot of people speaking french)
Gastronomy
Lots of food and drinks. We are not gross feeders :) so I don't know types of cuisine or others, but I can tell you that we always found something tasty to eat. The A la carte restaurant we chose was the Italian and it didn't have the variety of foods we had expected..... so next year we will choose Fish Restaurant (we found it late; it looked very interesting).
Sport & Entertainment
It is impossible not to find there the swiming pool for you. They have all shapes and sizes. A lot of them are perfect for families with children. All pools are clean and nice. 3 of them had "water gym" in the mornig and loud music during the animation program. Aquapark was great, both for children and adults. Animation team was nice: during the day you could see them if you wanted to play, but they did not bother you from your lounge; evening shows were great - They are probably professional dancers.
Room
Room was clean, not very big. The walls of the balcony did not look perfect as they should, but the general impression was ok.
Tips and recommendations
The hotel is more than perfect for families with children.
Don't expect loud music all day and night.
It is the perfect place for a nice, relaxing and active holiday.
