The distance to the beach is just a walk, to the airport only 45 minutes. Shopping possibilities given, if you want to use them.

Most of staff are friendly, whether it's room cleaning or staff in the restaurant and in the bars. Foreign language skills range from acceptable to good. This year however, it was obvious, that not many of the permanent staff were there still. By all accounts some of the salaries haven't been paid. Some former employees are waiting for their payments from the previous year. Strikingly young staff with hardly any language skills are there for clearing everything away. (Saving measures by the management?)

The number of restaurants and bars is very good. But compared to the previous years it needs to be said that the quality has decreased. During the 12 days of our stay alone, fish fingers were served three times for lunch - not at the children's buffet either - or so called meat sticks, fresh from a pack. Several times you just had to revert to spaghetti and tomato sauce, which were also offered for lunch. In the evening you had to, unfortunately, make do with a small amount of sauce. Overall, unfortunately, very little variety, just the salads were always good. Nothing to complain about cleanliness and hygiene, except seat covers had some remains of food on them.

Activities, kids club, disco - I think the offer is okay, depends on whether you use it or not. Beach as well as pool areas are very nice. A big plus for us has always been the relax pool, up until 2007 only for people 16 years and older. Unfortunately, this has now become a so called"family-relax pool" from 6 years and up - so almost no difference to the other pools. At least it wasn't as busy at the hotel during the second week and therefore okay.

The double room is big enough with plenty of storage space in the closets. Amenities include a free safe, a mini bar, a good tv. The balcony is a little shaded after the renovation even on the south side.
