The advertised on the website of the castle promised much : '...We provide you with the utmost sincerity. Furthermore, we guarantee you a flawless service. '
The reality, though, was, at least over the two days, when we were there, it was a completely different. The front desk unprofessional, rude and disfunctional staff at the aperitif, considerable service (expensive) menu in. Even if the manager of the hotel (especially with regard to its own wines grown and sommelier) positive points knew: we did not feel comfortable.
The rooms are the prices do not do it justice. And then pay back to this feeling, that the guests didn't bother the idyll... A separate bill possible, the issuance of a document will not possible-in between the charwomen rolled on the carpets.
The only real compliment to the kitchen, although two starters with cooked fish were served.
