Much too expensive-a maximum of three stars *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel has not a patch the quality of a four-star hotel. Beach chairs, seating in the garden, etc. from plastic, the atmosphere at the beach consists of plastic chairs crammed close together, the tasteful ambience for the Thai luxury hotels are generally speaking, this hotel was missing entirely. Furniture in room very shabby, the bedside table was missing entirely.
At breakfast the selection between bad Brüh coffee and black tea; Both agar from old, scruffy cans of totally unmotivated staff in such a way, that the cup of either overflowed or only a fraction was filled. The hotel staff was very demotivated, especially the front desk, with an incredibly rude occupation.
Only the staff at the (self-employed) restaurants in the area is refreshingly nice and endeavored.
All in all, I paid to the TUI the price, is a luxury hotel in Europe and the quality bad mediocrity in Thailand get.
