Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AI booked a deluxe room in the Bhuri wing, which was, according to the hotel offer, freshly renovated. I have been allocated a ground floor room. In this room it smelled like in a wet cave, no signs of any kind of renovation. I complained and wanted to change the room. This was not possible, since the hotel was fully booked. The next day I could change my room, but only thanks to the help of the travel agency representative. The new room was okay, but was also not renovated like it said in the brochure.
The rest of the hotel is beautiful, the food was good. My tip: book a room in the Thani wing. These have sea view and are not separated from the beach by a road.
