Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AHere is a short excerpt of things, with our short stay the most disturbed:
-We booked a double room, but call explicitly booked a room with a double bed we had requested. We were given a single room with a small additional bed. Our complaint about it was completely ignored by the service staff. Zero Expense!
-Damaged tv equipment in the room. In the age of television but also a little surprising!
If you go down around 8:30 o'clock breakfast goes, one must obviously be expected, that the initial selection has drastically reduced average. (no meat, no wheat bread, no Laugenwecken). Except for the juices & the cheese was filled up nothing more!
Positive impressions I would also like to play, unfortunately I can not remember!
