Hotel dos not deserve 5 stars. I think 4 stars is OK! Hotel is full of Russian's people, less from Iran. General in Hotel is very hot.
Location
Distance of beach is too long about 1 kilometer. Sometimes local bus for the beach is crowded. After 5 P.M. Beach service and local bus transfer does not work. Surroundings of hotel is very dirty and unpleasent.
Staff's was friendliness with bad knowledge of Eanglish lenguage.

Room number was 4233 and 4207. Room 4233 was bed air conditioning. As techical services in Hotel explained gas-freon is missing. Minibar has not low temperatures or is not in function and water has bland taste. After 5 P.M in bath-room has no hot water.
