An hotel, but service, well *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe location is about 5 mins from the airport, behind a hospital, close to the shopping center Mediterreanen Cosmos. The best 5 EUR as when walking very bad ways of getting around, the street has no sidewalk. There was no welcome at the door, nobody the suitcases slows the front desk gave me a smoking room, even though I had booked a non-smoking room, and I did not even say, on request they said that I could have been a smoking room because no more non-smoking room available! I have already a information directly on your check-in. The hotel itself is ultra modern and stylish, the room nice and large and the decor was very nice. A big minus point: you have to pay for internet!!! 4.50 EUR for 1 h! I had bought a map and gave it back when it was time to check out, since I didn't use it had, I got the money but only on demand back!!! Supposedly because it problems with the records of the hotel, but for once you would give me the money returning! Unacceptable for a 5 star hotel! Overall, I'd say that the hotel was nice, but the service is for a 5 star hotel absolutely unacceptable! As I have stayed in 3 or 4 star hotels more friendliness and helpfulness. The room was 139 EUR with breakfast hrs, but compared the 5 * Macedonia Palace cheaper and really top! (130 EUR and great service, so rather take)
