Great luxury with room for improvement *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe have large expectations in the one-week holiday in the hotel the famous chain kempinksi and corresponding with this assessment.
To 90% all expectations were met and even exceeded. The staff was very hard, their ability to communicate and was always very friendly.
The staff were a bit young and seemed partly average in certain situations overstrained the standards of a five stars Hotels to meet. So we were in the final two drinks, which we didn't consume and was on the last day that, because of a big event in a different room than usual put, breakfast not so plentiful and perfectly organized as usual. Unfortunately, there are also some of the guests at the pool and despite ban smoking rules, ball played and more than the persons present reserved. The staff needs a bit more push our own rules. Also the check-out to the long wait and it was not told us, that 18 euros per day parking.
The hotel, the location, the breakfast, the majority of the staff, the pool area, the garden, the weight room, the service and the rooms are but overall great and it was a successful holiday.
Conclusion: as a guest of five stars The hotel, with it right, there were gaps and air to improve. Overall, it was a great stay, we would love to repeat.
