Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AFront desk differs significantly between full pay and ' action guests 'and is clearly undesirable such a second class guests feel. Service was very friendly, but it could be a Ausblidung Hotel Kempinski group action (both dinner, we in the hotel the reviewer's opinion is missing: napkins, drinks to call the waiter and finally after the drinks wish to ask, and that was after the starter, forks, cutlery, salt and pepper pot)-you may see this as unreasonable rate, but please keep in mind, that it was a five stars hotel in the category of the country and even a five star superior hotel should be. After our complaint before it happens, our room was a day not cleaned and more in the evening also not exposed. The location of the hotel and the 'old' building is wonderful. The decision whether or not I recommend it is difficult-but it is a five stars hotel, not a four stars-therefor would give it a recommendation.
