This five star hotel offers a high added value! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A A, this hotel is very, very nice and with a lot of heart and enthusiasm by all employees in the team. The aim of this business is that the staff with their undertake identify the management, as well as the heads in this house has succeeded! Benefits from it in the first place, the guest and the one experienced each day. We were particularly impressed by Mr Hesham A., executive housekeeper, the care even with a lot of friendliness to guests and not only delegated. On night he has created a Christmas decoration in the foyer the beach was simply fabulous. Also we were impressed by Mr Abdallah of restaurant manager the nothing escapes and a hundred O/o satisfaction of the guests in a very warm art and this reached. Sophia at the front desk everything organized and was always friendly and very welcoming. The hotel offers an atmosphere even for a five star hotel is not self-evident. Not to be forgotten is the driver of the hotel 'James Bond 007'. It is not only an excellent and safe driver, he is a person who knows what is important in life. We congratulate the management of the hotel to such a team. Such a level in the house it is possible to make a considerable performance. at this point again thank you very much for the experienced hospitality in their home- we will be back!
