Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ANice hotel directly on the sandy beach of Soma Bay. Transfer to the airport about 40 minutes. The staff are friendly. The cleanliness of the entire hotel is good. The guests were mainly German and Swiss guests. We had a double room in Laguna club and got an upgrade to a junior suite. The breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant was very good and diverse. In the club lounge there is a lunch and afternoon snack at the bar with cold and warm food as well as Cake. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant, since there the choice was bigger. The service staff was friendly and prudent. The pool area is nice and spacious designed and sometimes heated, but it was barely used. A free shuttle bus goes about ten minutes all hotels in Soma Bay. During the day there is the marina shuttle, which runs along the beach. A few stores were open in the Marina already. Next ATM machine is located in Hurghada. The temperature was over 20 degrees in the December, but it was when we were there it was very windy. Snorkeling directly from the beach and the jetty at the breakers hotel. We had booked the airport shuttle directly at the hotel. With the order of the transfers got a higher price we, as when we request. Only with a further request the shuttle was confirmed.
