Preferred hotel despite some 'Faults' *

As all-inclusiveGuests makes you feel not welcome, because the former all-inclusiveBar populated by an increasing number of guests, with your laptop there hour long diversity must, the two--with utensils and feet show. Part of the 'bar', no longer, was a 'children's playroom' remodelled, the pool table was and is also in this area. The most glaring is, that all bar stools at the bar, and bar in a former booth verwanadelt was. For all-inclusiveDrinks could only be described as a hatch-hatch use. It also has prevented any possibility, with a relaxed conversation the keeper-intention? Even when the food was due to the excellent chefs always very tasty-there is from the side of the management strong saved-really very sad, because the entire staff is extremely hard. Our room was also in this year always very clean, a big thank you to Tom! Unfortunately, the pool and the fish ponds the in the garden not to say-we must restore the intensity of the former Russian manager. And also in the front desk areas this year was not anything great. The girls had, during the day the guests supervised always a opened to listen to requests and were always friendly, it was not possible, despite several attempts, ein'early breakfast' to get, as we knew that and how it was ordered. In the first week, the safari-we were the dining room skilled, where the chef obviously had no idea, that we wanted to eat breakfast early. So was also even the tea-coffee-water was still cold. In the second week then forgot even, to wake up-not to mention breakfast. Here urgently remedy must be created. We choose this hotel again is the very hard-working, kind staff to thank, on which we will next year.
