Animation team is the star of this hotel!

The Animation team:.a handful of six people. is the best thing about this hotel.They create a great atmosphere and literally lift up the level of this hotel with their friendliness,personal involvement and interaction with the guests the whole day, their sense of humour ,games oragnistaion...etc etc They are at it ..the whole day long ! Then in the evenings,they present shows with dance and theatre.Its a small production but very professionally done and so genuinely funny and entertaining...we laughed so much !!Daily , Mini disco and kids club by the lovely wonderful Mila!!! Kids love her and she loves the kids.These people are really an asset for this hotel.....The Animation team:Ehsaan,Mila, Ermaan,Eddo,Borak,Joseph.....Thank you !!!
Ali at the bar is very friendly and must mention Semsetgan..a waiter in the main reataurant..very polite and friendly and helpful.
Negative about this Hotel:
We were in Turkey for the first time.With kids,looking forward to a warm holiday with lot of swimming .Outdoor pool is ofcourse cold in October,as expected.BUT..they have an indoor pool...ICE COLD.The jacuzzi is cold too.The hotel is full in October and they could not be bothered about keeping the indoor pool heated .The front desk was not too interested in having a discussion about this.NOBODY was using the pools and jacuzzi, but they just ignore that!!! Their policy is to heat the indoor pool from November onwards..(Which ,i was told by guests,is anyway.. still very cold).Its too bad if you come in October....
But the attitude of front desk is opposite to that of the Animation team..in other issues also.......
