Lovely hotel in a spectacular location *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AOn our Alpavia tour (hiking with organised luggage) we spent one night in the hotel kirchbühl. The front desk was extremely friendly. We found the room very nice and spacious. After an exhausting walk we enjoyed the small spa area (sauna, steam bath and whirlpool). Luckily we were the only sauna-course dinner, since a larger is the small spa area was not done. Before dinner, the hotel was served guests an aperitif, the extremely generous. When it comes to the best Spätsommerwetter on the hotel's terrace, which offers a fantastic view of the Eiger, mönch and Jungfrau mountains offers. The dinner (7-course) was delicious. The wine list we found very appealing. We were pleasantly surprised, that the half-board guests (hotel-own source) mineral water has not been charged. All of the employees were very friendly. A very professionally run and cozy hotel with spectacular mountain views. The price/performance ratio I couldn't judge, since I got the trip
