We stayed for a family reunion this hotel. Everything worked great and the staff was very helpful.
The Hotel Area, the rooms and lounge area are very nice and there is a pleasant atmosphere.
Since I booked this hotel, they gave me without extra charge a suite, which was absolutely great (room 201). The room room was bigger than my apartment.
The check-in process left something to be desired: I had to stand in line for 15 people all the same order food (actually we wanted to fish, but the kitchen not able for so many people all at the same time to zubreiten). We opted for a different menu. The starter was ok, but the main course was cold, the meat was still raw and the casserole almost very hard to chew. As an apology but we were then a cheese platter, as well as each a glass of champagne was offered, that is, that we are dealing here with a four stars Deluxe hotel to do.
