Service was just a disaster. Nobody could be any more rude here. The unfriendliness of the waiters could not be beat.
Gastronomy
On the menu on which about 15 wines were offered, only the most expensive 4 (60 Euro and up) were available. The waiter said, that for the four of us it would not be too expensive, as the costs could be split. The food was very poor (reheated several times).
The waitress who was on duty on the first morning stood next to the coffee machine with her arms crossed and looked on for about 15 minutes at how the guests tried to work the coffee machine and had to make do with a muck in the end. Only after you could not walk to the machine anymore because of the mess that was created, did she decide to help wordlessly.
Sport & Entertainment Unused
Room
Our room was clean but:
- the smell of mould was almost unbearable,
- on one wall there was mould,
- In the moorning there was a huge puddle of water underneath the window, in the shower and in the bedroom.
- Lacking technical installations!
Heating and air conditioning didn't work. It was almost 10°C outside.
