At first we had one of the unrenovated rooms. It is very tired with wallpaper coming off the walls, the bathroom was a 70 's bathroom ( brown tiles, everything ancient, wallpaper was falling off the wall), the carpet in the room was disgusting, stained, consumed. Moreover, the room right next to the Reel from the lift & you heard the whole time. I complained and moved. The lady was friendly ( superficial), but you immediately felt that you annoyed. We got a much nicer room ( for the same price), but there were moving complete chaos. We were told they would after cleaning the room our things bring some. in the afternoon but when we came home our stuff "verschollen". How rausstellte, they were in a completely different room had been delivered. They stood around freely, everyone could go. The actual guests were in this room, at the front desk to complain when we arrived. They had one of our suitcases damaged and a yoghurt killed, mis not say sorry, up. There were no pillows on the beds and the rooms were never before 4:00 pm. All in all not a pleasant stay. I wouldn't book the hotel. The breakfast was with 9.90 Euro per person grossly overpriced. Since there were only 1x coffee, 1x juice, 1 croissant and 1 piece of baguette for it - no buffet.
