Wonderful vacation with small mistakes *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe vacation was great: wonderful sea with warm water, sun, just as we had imagined. Except for once, where the wind blew unpleasant, a gentle breeze blowing more, you could need in the intensity of the sun. A little bit of the island and visit we saw with the catamaran to Ile aux cerfs was a real highlight. Total 'Bacardi Feeling'. Snorkeling was not so appealing on the East Coast. There was apparently a couple of very nice spots-we gave ourselves the hotel where we went snorkeling boat hinbrachte or where the catamaran just made. There were some colorful fish. Our room was great! Very large, nicely equipped, clean and right on the beach. In the hotel the staff were very friendly, both at the front desk, as well as in the restaurant. The hotel is absolutely recommendable. Only at the food you should point out, that it almost only locals (creole and Indian food) kitchen... I love curry and all these spices-my husband came after three days out to the ears, that everything after cumin, coriander and Cardomom was... And finally it also has enough for me, even though the quality of the food was very good. What a bit annoying was, was, that the waiters were somewhat officious. Constantly you wanted to take the plates and the used plates were cleared away, even if you hadn't been done yet. I regret that the hotel did not vote, the prices for the drinks were. Everything was too expensive, even for German standards and it had to be paid in euro. To support given by FTI in the country is still the one or the other to say. We were picked up at the airport and got our documents, the welcome meeting but our Rep is simply just not appeared. There was no apology or an alternative date. We then organized our trip through the hotel. On the way back it stood on the note, that we had to already leave at 17:50 o'clock will pick you up and that our flight at 21:50 is. Our tickets for the flight should withdraw 23:20 o'clock. So we were collected at 17:50, and then we had to wait until 19 o'clock. We heard from tourists, the time of departure had not changed at all and at 23:20 had remained. We were crammed with about ten other tourists in a minibus and the luggage in the trunk fit, this was then distributed everywhere in the small ' bus. We were about four hours, thus much too early, before departure at the airport. What a fun... At the end we were 24 hours, until we were back at home. Against Emirates is not to say, the service was great, even though we personally this transfer option with economy no longer would choose. It is simply too strenuous, in this tight economy-are leading this long flight. I think, next time we would adapt the appointment, that we select may flight Condor premium economy. Conclusion: great hotel, great beach & sea, for a beach holiday. Long L
