Die neue Anlage "La Quercia" besteht aus Reihenhäusern und den Appartments in der Residenz=Einkaufspassage. Hier gibt es eine Pizzeria, Eisdiele, Bäcker, Frisör, Spielwarengeschäft, eben alles was man täglich braucht. Der schöne - Anfang Juni aber eiskalte Pool - befindet sich im 1. Stock. Den Strand von Altanea (viele Muscheln) erreicht man nach ca. 500 m zu Fuß oder man benutzt die "Bimmelbahn". Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und großes Appartment mit einer riesengroßen Terrasse über der Einkaufspassage.
Die Anlage liegt im neuerschlossenen Gebiet ALTANEA ca. 10 Autominuten von Caorle entfernt. Das gesamte Gebiet besteht aus neuerbauten Ferienanlagen, jeweils Reihenhäuser oder Appartments mit Pool, einem Hotel und einem Campingplatz. Zentrum von ALTANEA ist zum einen die Einkaufspassage und zum anderen ein größerer Platz an dem die Animation (Kinderdisco bzw. Themenabende) stattfinden. Außerdem gibt es dort auch einen Tennis-, Fußball- und Basketballplatz. FAZIT: ein sehr gelungener und günstiger Urlaub - wir kommen wieder !!!
