Newly renovated, good location *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is within walking distance from the French Quarter. The rental car is parked yourself (valet) and you get in on the presentation of note Supports again. (Please note: We were $100 from the Glove box stolen, for the valet was actually only one in question. On our complaint was the parking fee, about 70 USD/2 nights, adopted, although you don't leave valuables in the car. Also the Parkmanager announced a exact investigation). To the hotel: It was obviously after Hurricane Katrina everything was newly renovated, it looks really good. The whole decor was relatively new and stylish. The rooms were very modern and functional. In the third (? ) Floor was a smaller pool, the but met for a short hop into the cool water. Breakfast was continental breakfast, but ok. There were a few restaurants in the French Quarter, but some tourist traps. Still everything worth seeing, especially the Preservation Hall. Conclusion: New Orleans is always worth a trip. the hotel a good base to explore the city and outlying areas.
