Hotel La Quinta Inn & Suites Secaucus

In the immediate vicinity there are shopping and restaurants within walking distance or by car within 5 minutes away. However the hotel offers a shuttle service. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the area Harmon Meadow with a outlet mall and many outlet shops.

Everyone was very friendly. The room's cleanliness was fine. We had nothing to complain about.

There was a breakfast room. The offered dishes were delicious. For breakfast (included in room rate): fresh waffles to bake, bagels, toast, muffins, donuts, croissants, scrambled eggs and french toast rotateing, rice with Asian ingredients, jam, cream cheese, types of cereals, fresh fruit salad, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, cocoa and juices. The only drawback was the non-returnable plastic beakers plastic dishes. The restaurant was closed for renovations during our stay.

Nice indoor pool with some sun loungers, big enough for swimming. Water was very warm though - of course for Warmbadefreunde highly recommended. Fitness room with several devices is also available.

The room consisted of a living room and bedroom, a very large room. Both rooms had a television. The second bedroom had two queen size beds. The living room had a pull-out couch, desk and a sideboard with utensils the condiments, microwave and refrigerator. There was a safe but only at the reception. From our room on the top floor we could in the distance New York's skyline. We were very pleased with the room.

We were in the Olive Garden (5 mins walk) food, very tasty and good value. By car it is about 30 minutes in the Jersey Gardens outlet mall. Great shopping.
