Beautiful location, terrible Hotel *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ADuring our privately organized tour with ten people we have the last night in this hotel, the driver our Mexican has been recommended. The location on the lagoon is really unique and 30 years ago it was definitely a very nice hotel. From the outside inviting, the rooms and bungalows in a miserable condition, bugs in the beds, the bathroom had only one towel, a tiny sink and the breakfast was more than simple.
Also was the price above average. We had a room in the bungalows, in the main hotel wing were no parking available, despite advance bookings. We were glad, to leave after one night, although the Öagune of Bacalar is well worth a visit.
