Hotel Laguna Beach Resort & Spa

5 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minute taxi ride (8 leva- 4 Euro) to Sozopol - beautiful old town with many shopping and entertainment opportunities. Excursion possibilities not in the immediate area. Nessebar and Aquapark very far away.

Friendliness of the staff is not answer all inclusive. Only nice people rare find. Many tourists were upset about the staff. But honestly, if I every day obnoxious, inconvenience is German tourists which I, I would have bad mood. It is nice to the people and wins a smile instead of Punitive views, treated very friendly. Complaints were took care in the room. At the reception German and English spoken (not fluent in, but what I in another country when I am in flowing German with all wanted to talk? Then you should try it on the edge of the Baltic Sea)

There was a large restaurant and many bars. The downside is the "beach bar' not on the beach, but in the hotel area. Food was good. With Mamas roasts and dumplings of course it's not to compare, but it tasted definitely. In the dining room was always quite loud music, I found little wear and tear. But you can eat outside.

Entertainment was the only thing that I found the hotel really silly. Two young girls are the "girls" of the hotel and they are perhaps trouble, but it didn't really get. For adults, nothing done. and the Minidiskothek for children is put on current music and somewhat to dance. So nothing with any typical Kinderliedern/dancing and what it knows. So if you want great entertainment program with evening shows, this is not the place to go.

Nice, clean, full room. Kettle in the room, flatscreen, bathroom was very very nice.

Stayed there a few years ago at the Golden Sands and I have to say that the Sunny Beach very is much nicer. The hotel is really fully in order. Everything is never top, if you are not a luxury break in St. Barth bay. For a "normal" family holiday I would definitely recommend this hotel. You are a positive person, you will definitely enjoy the holiday: )
