Better than we thought! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel was better than in the reviews. I don't know what the vacationers two reviews have come to expect, if you book in a hotel with 3 *. We were more than satisfied. The staff was very friendly, especially our children were warmly welcomed. We had half board and are always more than full. It was varied and tasty. You have always had something we liked. You get everything is at home. The rooms were cleaned every day and also efficient. The hotel is a bit out of the way from the action, which was not the worst. After a walk of about 5-10 minutes you have everything you like: Superpreisgünstige and delicious tavernas ( with huge portions), cafe's, shops, car rentals and so on. Renting a car is advisable since the place is not too large. The beach is also just a five minute walk away. Bathing shoes are recommendable. Anywhere on Crete!!! There is hardly a beach without rocks, whether in the water or on the beach. We would definitely recommend this hotel. A tip to finish off: It would be better if you good understanding of the English language is in the whole of Crete, hardly anyone can speak German.
