A fair choice but not the best
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AHotel Apartamentos Las Arenas have a good location in a lively area of Playa Del Ingles, not far from the beach. Many places to shop, dine and entertain are located in the vicinity. The bus stop for the airport bus is nearby also. Convenient location and inexpensive price were the main factors that determined our choice of this hotel. We had a chance to stay in two different apartment hotels in Playa del Ingles this year and frankly speaking our vote would be not in favor of Las Arenas. The building and apartments as well as its amenities looked old and worn-out inside although pretty good from outside. Room furniture need renovation. Essential kitchen utensils allowed self-catering. There was a vast balcony with a street view. Room TV had a strange appliance - that was a box for collecting fare applied to TV. If you put a coin inside, you can watch TV. We didn`t , so I can not evaluate this kind of service. Hotel has a pool, but we didn`t use it as well, because our stay was short, just 2 days and we preferred to spend most of our time out , chiefly on the ocean beach.
As a whole - it may be a fair choice but definitely not the best.
