All around a successful vacation! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe two weeks at the beginning of hotel las Marismas in Corralejo December were very good and we didn't want to leave! The complex is very well maintained, the apartment very spacious and tastefully decorated with dark wood furnishings, as well as a marble equipped and the pool area invites you to relax on beautiful days! One of the three pools was heated former, was however a bit colder days still too cold. Very nice we found the wooden beach chairs with cushions! We had booked all inclusive and this can recommend without objections! The lunch buffet was every day a lot better the buffet in the evening, so we always went to eat. Also in the pool bar Hamburger, fries and sandwiches to eat; if it sometimes express check should be. On the drinks nothing to complain about! We personally liked the white House wine with great pleasure-especially the salad and fish. In the afternoon we enjoyed a glass of Cava also in the breakfast has the largest selection: fresh fruit, granola bar with diet, two types of cheese, three sorts of sausages, variations of eggs, bacon, English breakfast, pancakes, light and dark bread rolls (also poppy seeds and SESAME), to name but a few. In the evening there were two lamb with Pfefferminzsauce! Very delicious! So there was something for every taste! Canarian food out of the way, which however did not disturb us. The hotels are generally aligned so, their buffet international designed. For us completely okay. If you are looking for the unusual, should book half board and on the harbor in the small restaurants food! The harbor is very nice! We had two weeks a rental car, which we in advance from Germany in the Internet. (here at holidaycheck) for this time we have 168 euros paid for those car; directly from/to airport Fuerte. So we were always flexible and could explore the island on your own, which highly recommendable is: cofete, Costa calma, Cotillio, Puerto del Rosario, Cala de fuste are very nice excursions! Another tip: the ferry to Lanzarote in the hotel 19 euros (/ back). We booked this offer was not used, but know from our vacation in February on Lanzarote in Playa Blanca, the promenade there is wonderful! A day trip it is worthwhile so in any case, if you are not familiar with this. You can hour long on the new laid out promenade stroll and enjoy the view! We enjoyed the tour from the port to the left down a bit better liked. Here are a few touristic shops and nature is the first priority! The promenade can also good with buggies or wheelchairs used shall be, since it is paved.
