Fantastic Fiss

All aspects of the hotel are excellent, cleanliness, service, quality of food.
Patrick makes fantastic cocktails!! but be careful of your drinking partner choice! - a very late night!! - fantastic.
The great thing about Lasinga is that it's totally inclusive for the whole family, young children are included but never a problem for other guests, teenagers are included as young adults - we we're all made very welcome.
Location
The location is beautiful, a chocolate box village, although the only winter business is ski hotels & accommodation.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
All the staff are busy but never too busy to spend time attending to guests.
Gastronomy
Everything faultless - some menu suggestions at first seem unusual, but the experience was always 1st class - have an open mind & be prepared to try something new - you will not be disappointed.
Sport & Entertainment
Spa facilities excellent, 1st class condition - luxury.
Room
very clean, plenty of space, very comfortable.
Tips and recommendations
Be prepared to eat 1st class food, guests will feel valued & cared for.
The only comment for improvement is to turn the heating down - in the evening the rooms & bar can become very hot. We turned the heating off in the room & opened the window.
Wi-Fi should be free of charge as with many 4* european hotels, but I don't need wi-fi for 1-week.
Not a low cost hotel but excellent value for money.
