Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThis was my 4th visit to the Lausanne Palace. I appreciate its location, right in the centre. I however love it especially, because it combines tradition so well with modernity. You feel the history, it's a real Palace, you would not be surprised to meet famous people of the last century coming around the corner. When you enter the room however, everything is brand new, modern, but not cold, in the contrary, warm, cosy, wonderful. My rooms so far always had a great view over the lake. I also love their breakfast, especially in the summer, when it can also be taken outside. The food in their restaurant is of top quality, their Spa I never had time to use, but other hotel guests told me that it's great. Very convenient also, that there is a parking just next to the hotel and to keep the car there overnight is not expensive. The members of staff I met were always very friendly, helpful and very efficient. I can will be back, everytime I need o wish to stay in Lausanne.
