The really perfect location, directly on the beautiful, extensive sandy beach of the Costa dorada, but on the other hand, the service problems. Positive: very, very good location, directly on the sandy beach, only separated by a beach promenade and private beach section only for hotel guests and very clean, in all areas, including the rooms and only about 30 minutes from the Barcelona airport and very good restaurant in the evening with good wines bad: room was not the newest, the bathroom door did not work any longer than SPG platinum member there was no suite upgrade, although suites according to still available-the transaction service forces during the breakfast were overwhelmed (inspite of off season) total. The service boss conversed every morning only with his staff and ignored the guests during the breakfast the guests are not in the first row (to the beach) set. Supposedly for photos. Unfortunately, that was the whole area, with one excuse after another-a problem with the outdoor swimming pool has been dealt with by the management of the hotel very negative, without coming up with a solution.
