Have never experienced so much spoiling! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe who travel a lot, are usually traveling during five months a year, and there is only one thing we can write about this hotel: great! Have never been spoiled so much during a vacation! We had a deluxe double room in the tower with breakfast. Attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, grounds, pools, fine sandy beach were all just amazing. Everything was very clean & well maintained. We will, God willing, in any case come here again. But then for sure for 14 days, not only eight. Tips: Absolutely try out the metro (day ticket), Dubai Mall & Mall of Emirates, Burj Al Arab, Khalifa, watch the fountains in the evening. We made all tours by taxi. Cheap & reliable. Driver drive like crazy people (security distance seems to be measured in centimeter here) but we always felt secure. For example to the Dubai Mall nine euros, travel time via the highway about 25 minutes. In the mornings we were on the beach, then we always went to make excursions. Area around the hotel was very impressive. Contrasts (skyscraper, etc.) very impressive. City very clean, but not pedestrian-friendly. Be careful with the crossing the lanes. Definitely take a walk on the river in the evening. Lighting of the skyscrapers is impressive.
