Thalasso good, main building rather not recommendable *

Due vouchers issued we were first put in a room in the main building. The room was extremely dirty and the terrace door could not be closed (on the ground floor!). After a protracted complaint without adequate support the front desk and the management are we then moved to the thalasso as booked. Has the guide Faouzi Belkhir from Neckermann/Thomas cook very helpful. The room was nice and big enough. Unfortunately there was no safe. (only at the reception) the restaurant was much nicer than in the main house and thank God it was not so crowded. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The diversity of food is very well arranged, the food but perfectly OK. The hacienda is right on the beach unfortunately almost in French hand and can be booked from Germany probably not. Thalasso and the main building are due to the size of the complex about ten minutes walk away from the beach. The beach is a little dirty and the hotel so much fun. There were, however, in the high season probably the usual voucher pass with towels nerves. At the pool we were almost never, but not bad. All in all a great holiday. A special experience was the Quad bike tour with flamingo quads.
