Here the customer is no king! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe handling of complaints was a disaster. The Deputy Director persisted in its attitude. Whether the customer was pleased or not. The head waiter was nice but only a man of words. It has nothing of what we had been promised. And this would simply former. We would like to have a couple of days even a table with view in the restaurant had. Unfortunately we arrived in this benefit, although many guests left. meantime No help at the check-in and check-out at this hotel. And the way to the respective rooms can be very difficult. Far too loud music at the bar and lounge in the hotel. The rooms are extremely noisy. Toilet audibly. Old tv with hardly any German program and huge holes in the curtains. Closets with little storage space. No safe available. In the hallway smelled of sewage constantly. Very little green at this resort. Around the hotel stones stones stones and eventually to the private sites. All in all not a satisfactory condition in my opinion. This hotel I will certainly not stay again.
