Von außen ist das Hotel in einem sehr guten Zustand, allerdings lässt die Einrichtung der Zimmer zu wünschen übrig. Im Studio befand sich lediglich ein Strank, welcher für 3 Personen nicht annähernd ausreichend war. Im Schlafzimmer stand ein Doppelbett und ein TV- Gerät, das keine deutschsprachigen Sender empfing. (In der Hotelbeschreibung jedoch angekündigt) Das Studio teilte sich auf ein Gemeinschaftszimmer und das Schlafzimmer auf. Im Gemeinschaftszimmer stand ein einzelnes Bett und die Spüle mit Kühlschrank. 4 Stühle und ein Tisch waren auf dem Balkon vorhanden. Erst nach Beanstandung wurde im Bad ein Duschvorhang installiert und Badematten ausgelegt. Zum Ende des Urlaubs erfolgte keine Säuberung der Zimmer mehr. Nur in Gegenwart der Reiseleiterin war die Rezeptionisten freundlich, was zum Teil auch an den mangelden Sprachkenntnissen gelegen haben kann. Da diese in nur sehr begrenztem Umfang andere Sprachen konnte. Das Lunchpacket, welches als Frühstück vor Touren gebracht wurde, verdient den Namen nicht. Es bestand nur aus zwei Keksen, etwas trockenem Kuchen und Honig. Getränke waren überhaupt nicht enthalten. Hatte man das Pech einen sehr frühen Rückflug zu haben, so war die Rezeption unbesetzt, unabhänig davon ob man bereits am Tag zuvor sein zeitiges Auschecken gemeldet hatte.
Der Pool war sauber und groß. Die Außenanlage war sehr gepfegt.
