No Christmas atmosphere, dirty rooms. *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AAfter a room change (mini room, without seating possibility) we were given a room, right next to the Chinese restaurant. In the room there were many dead insects. It was not cleaned and in the evening the smell came out of a restaurant in the room. The floor was not mopped. The windows were leaky. In the evening there was cold. In this sports hotel it was the holidays only Boccia and shooting as offers. After Christmas, the hotel filled. Sometimes there are no free tables and cutlery you had to get yourself. At the front desk you spoke hardly any German and/or English. The staff were however always friendly. On the premises of the hotel was a nice ambience. In the two bars there was always live music.

Sehr geehrter Dirk,herzlichen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Wir waren sichtlich erstaunt, dass bei Ihnen, obwohl wir über die ganzen Feiertage fast nur Weihnachtslieder gespielt haben, überall Weihnachtsdekorationen zu sehen waren, es ein Weihnachtsdiner gab und am 24.12. den Gästen Kleinigkeiten geschenkt wurden, keine Weihnachtsstimmung aufgekommen ist.
Unser Personal spricht oder versteht zumindest neben Englisch oder Deutsch zu 70% auch eine weitere Fremdsprache. Daher ist es für uns ein Rätsel wieso Sie sich nicht verständigen konnten. Da wir Ende Dezember lediglich eine Belegung von ca. 35 % hatten ist es für uns auch nicht verständlich wieso Sie keinen freien Tisch finden konnten, da das Restaurant mit den ganzen Sitzmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung stand. Neben genannten Sportmöglichkeiten gab es desweiteren auch Bogenschiessen, Mini Golf, das Fitnessstudio, Yoga und Spinning zur Auswahl.
Das gesamte Arcadia-Team würde sich freuen, Sie bei einer anderen Gelegenheit wieder begrüssen zu dürfen.
