The kitchen had little variety, always the same, fat, lacking taste
Cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired, only superficial cleaning
Entertainment/mini club is boring, children are put in front of the TV
New Year's Eve gala: few shows, below average, the stage was very hard to see- Positive: they gave us a family room rather than a standard room.
