Relaxation and Christmas *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe were the third time in this hotel. Unfortunately, we have to say, that a lot has changed to negative. The handling of a complaint took almost two days, several times we were at the front desk and claimed that there was no hot water coming from the water pipe. The room was very shabby, closet door broken, chipped corners bed and closet, there were stains on the couch. Yes you can tell that it was already a few years on the embossment. Then I would have voted guests had been many times the hotel, offering a different room, so one that no defects. Also we were at the bar and ordered a glass of champagne. Then had to say, the champagne was served only alcohol. We arrived on the arm taken before. We think that the time has come, the service for the guests to improve.
