Almost could have been the lindenhof offers great benefits and its elaborate and esthetic concept thoroughly convinced again. The spectacular wide buffet breakfast, the lunch and the selection gourmet dinner in the evening there were excellent shopping options, although the great level of our last visit not have (for example: a lasagna should not be a bit mushy, but thin (Al Dente!) Teigplatten and béchamel-between plants exist. Potato side dishes should not prefabricated, but freshly prepared). The widely varied wine list offers for each taste a very large selection of good wines at a fair price. In addition to the desserts every evening there was a changing, integral affiniertes cheese buffet and good choice, what we particularly appreciated cheese lovers. Our criticism, that at the dinner now again for a jug of tap three €will be charged, showed in our case effect, because the this item was not listed. The service was absolutely exemplary in all areas and not to beat. All the staff were very friendly, attentive, motivated and went at the right level for us as guests. The very efficient Mrs C. we noticed especially pleasant. Our modern, stylish black & white suite (former apartment for hoteliers) was very spacious and equipped with quite a lot of refined technical details. On the huge Windows/door fronts and the huge terrace offered a weitwinklige panoramic view of naturns and the surrounding mountains. Very rarely do in hotels such a ideal equipped bathroom and with wonderful natural light. An unfortunate lightning concept was in the evening in the living area lit comfort miss. Luckily we were given as a replacement for a defective a nice table lamp available for reading, the odor at least in the field of the beds a warm, pleasant light. In the corner was unfortunately desk surrounded by dark. The tiny small safe in our suite, we had to us, but especially the gracious and extremely patient caretaker, angry over and over again. Lieber Urs, hier nun auch schriftlich unser aufrichtiges Dankeschön, daß Sie uns nicht nur mündlich, sondern hier auch schriftlich ein Statement Ihres Urlaubes bei uns gegeben haben. Sie können sich sicher sein, daß wir alle Gäste die uns die Chance des Verbesserns geben, ERNST nehmen. Ich glaube dies habe ich Ihnen auch im ausführlichen und durchaus liebevollen Gespräch bei dem Aperitiv an der Bar auch mitgeteilt. Auch wenn der Test für uns sehr positiv ausgefallen ist, möchte ich mich nochmals für die vielen Tipps bedanken. Bereits mit der Küchenmannschaft wurden die Punkte durchgesprochen und mir als Hotelbesitzer wurde versprochen, daß dies nicht mehr vorkommen wird. Ebenfalls wurde auf Zimmer 512, also der Black White Suite, der defekte Safe ausgetauscht. Entschuldigen Sie nochmals diese zu lange Wartezeit und das unprofessionelle Handeln unsererseits. Das mit der Überlegenheit und speziell mit der Überheblichkeit schmerzt uns alle schon sehr. Wenn durch unser Fehlverhalten dies so den Anschein hat, nehmen wir uns zu Recht bei der Nase. Dies darf nicht passieren. Es tut mir zum guten Schluß auch leid, daß ich mich nicht von Ihnen verabschieden konnte. Es ist leider nicht immer möglich, daß ich persönlich bei allen Abreisen vertreten bin ... Auch wenn ich sie dadurch beleidigt habe, möchte ich mich zum allerletzten Mal bei Ihnen für die ehrliche Tatsachenbeschreibung bedanken. Ihr Joachim Nischler mit dem Lindenhof Team
