Incredible underground service behavior *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is broadly in line with a lower standard. What made me write this rating, is an experience, which I would have considered impossible. My request was there, with a beautiful summer weather, the breakfast served on the terrace of the catering. So I went from the breakfast room inside the building through the open patio door and I sat with my breakfast foods situated at one of the tables. A manager asked mandatory after the request for coffee or tea. You said it, it will have a table inside the building provides for me. At my request, in this weather to remain in free, you replied to me, the manager is not allowed. In order to know the reasons I spoke with the manager and owner, the klarmachte after he would, on its terrace start the day, had heard, incredibly aggressive way to me, that it was not possible. Diese abenteuerliche Geschichte muss ich einfach kommentieren.Durch einfache Verdrehung der Tatsachen nach Vorbild des schwarzen Kanals aus DDR-Zeiten und maßlose Phantasie gepaart mit einem großen Stück Unverschämtheit versucht "Jan"hier zu punkten.
Die einfache Darstellung und Wahrheit ist folgende:
Da einige unserer Gästezimmer direkt über unserer Terrasse liegen, wird diese
im Interesse dieser Gäste nur von 11 bis 22 Uhr gastronomisch genutzt. Damit ist
das Frühstück auch nur im Restaurant möglich.
"Jan" und sein feiner Freund liesen keine Erklärung gelten und versuchten Ihren Willen
gewaltsam unter lautstarkem Gezetere durchzusetzten. Da dies zu einer massiven Belästigung der anderen Gäste führte, setzte ich dem ein Ende, indem ich ein sofortiges Hausverbot androhte.Das zog offensichtlich, denn es wurde nun erst einmal
im Restaurant gefrühstückt.
Danach ging das Affentheater an der Rezeption weiter; Gäste mischten sich tatsächlich ein, aber nur um den Unruhestiftern zu sagen, daß sie endlich Ruhe geben sollen; einer sprach von Idiotismus und krankhaftem Geltungstrieb....
Da nun diese Verleumdungen und Tatsachenverdrehungen hier veröffentlicht wurden, und in Anbetracht der Äußerung von "Jan", daß er mit Freund wiederkommen will (Warum auch immer) habe ich den 2 "Herren" heute an Ihre Heimatadresse
ein schriftliches Hausverbot gesendet, welches auch mit Namen und Adressen
an geeigneten Stellen bekannt gegeben wird.
Für berechtigte Kritik sind wir aufgeschlossen, aber das hier geht zu weit. Solche "Gäste" brauchen wir nicht.
